Hi everyone! I’m Taylor, the founder of Oh My Senpai — though many of you online may know me as Your Favorite Senpai. I’m from a small rural town in South Georgia, and I’m the founder, owner, packer, shipper, and customer service agent of the brand (yes, I really do it all).

I’ve loved anime, cosplay, gaming, and all things nerdy since I was a kid. During the 2020 lockdown, I was walking around my apartment in my plain black robe—like most of us were lounging in comfort at the time—and had a random thought: “I wonder if there are any anime themed robes online I could buy?”

When I searched, I couldn’t find anything that captured what I was looking for. So instead of waiting for someone else to make it, I decided to create it myself. And that’s how Oh My Senpai was born! From there my aim has always been to make the nerdy, unique, stylishly cozy pieces I've always wanted but most places didn't offer at the time. I wanted to see items that were made with nerds like me (and many others) in mind.

Since launching in July 2021, the support from the community has been overwhelmingly positive, and I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who has supported Oh My Senpai thus far. I want to thank you for that and for reading this. I’m excited to continue growing and to see where the next few years take us.
