Final Sale Policy
All items sold by Oh My Senpai are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been submitted. Exchanges are only available in the event of a confirmed merchandise defect.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@ohmysenpai.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify for an exchange.
Shipping Damage
We are not responsible for damages caused by the shipping carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Oh My Senpai is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Shipping insurance is recommended for additional protection.
Incorrect Address
Oh My Senpai is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address if the address was entered incorrectly at checkout or not updated in time.
Customers can update their shipping address using the link provided in their order confirmation email. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order or updated before orders ship out.
Order Changes
Please double-check sizes, colors, and shipping information before placing your order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged for any reason other than a confirmed product defect.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact info@ohmysenpai.com to resolve any issues before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Filing a chargeback after receiving merchandise or refusing to follow our store policies may be considered fraudulent activity. Oh My Senpai reserves the right to provide evidence to the payment processor, including order confirmations, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, and customer communications.
