Shipping policy

 

Processing & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description (such as pre-order items).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Most domestic orders arrive within 1–5 business days after shipment, excluding Sundays, federal holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays. While delivery delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.

Pre-Order Policy

Some items sold on Oh My Senpai may be listed as pre-orders. Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock but are available for purchase in advance.

The estimated shipping timeframe for pre-order items will be listed in the product description. Please note that these timelines are estimates and may change due to manufacturing timelines, supplier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.

If your order contains both in-stock items and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise stated.

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been placed, as the item is reserved specifically for you.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production and shipping timeframe listed on the product page.

 


Address Change Deadline

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, you must do so as soon as possible using the address update link provided in your order confirmation email.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has already shipped.

Oh My Senpai is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again for reshipment.

 


International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for any import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees required by their country.

Oh My Senpai does not cover or reimburse customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes under any circumstances. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and must be paid by the customer.

Oh My Senpai is not responsible for international orders that are refused, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees or duties.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment and staying in contact with the shipping carrier for any updates or additional information required to complete delivery once the package arrives in the destination country.

To avoid delays or returned shipments, please make sure to stay up to date with tracking and respond to any requests from the shipping carrier or customs authorities.

International shipping carriers may include:

  • United States Postal Service

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

 


Lost Packages

In some cases, packages may be marked “Delivered” before they are physically delivered. Carriers may also require additional delivery information before completing the delivery.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please first:

  • Check around your mailbox, porch, or other delivery areas

  • Ask neighbors or household members

  • Contact your apartment office or building manager

Oh My Senpai is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased at checkout.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

 


Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again for reshipment. If it is lost because of an incorrect address, then Oh My Senpai is not responsible for replacement and you'll need to reach out to the shipping carrier.

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order to ensure it is accurate.

 


Shipping Insurance & Claims

You are able to purchase shipping insurance at check out. If you'd like your order to be 100% insured for lost or damaged packages, we suggest adding it to your order. If you purchased shipping insurance and are having package issues, please reach out to us directly after speaking with the shipping carrier. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, reach out to the carrier directly.

Shipping carriers typically require 20 days from the shipment date before a package can officially be considered lost and an insurance claim can be filed.

If your package appears lost, stolen, or missing, please follow the steps listed above first. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact our team at info@ohmysenpai.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of what happened

Our team will begin the insurance claim process and may ask you to complete a form confirming the situation.

If the claim is approved and the item is still in stock, a replacement order will be sent.
